Your meetings
Does readme understand Swiss German?
Yes, and that is what we built it for. You read the transcript in the original, with a High German reading version beside it.
How does a recording reach readme?
Upload the audio file in your workspace. readme starts the moment the file lands.
How long does processing take?
Most meetings are ready within minutes. A long recording takes longer, and we email you the moment yours is done.
Where do you store my recordings?
In Switzerland, and we are a Swiss company. We always transmit your data encrypted (TLS) and we store it encrypted too (AES-256).
Who can see my meetings?
Only the people in your workspace. Nobody outside it reaches your meetings.
What happens when I delete a meeting?
It moves to the trash, and we remove it 30 days later. You can restore it until then.
Which languages does readme speak?
The app and this site run in German, English, French, and Italian.
Plans and billing
Can I try it first?
Yes. Pro and Business are free for one week or three meetings, whichever comes first, and then the paid plan starts.
How do I cancel?
Write to us and we cancel it for you. A monthly plan needs 7 days' notice before it renews, a yearly plan one month.
